Working principle:
The
filter component disposed in a hermetic vessel consists
of a group of horizontal filter disc installed around the
hollow core shaft. Each disc is conducted with hollow core
shaft connected with the motor at the upper end. The filter
liquid is drained though outlet at the bottom of the plant.
Suspending liquid
in the vessel shall be filtered though horizontal discs
by means of pressuring and vacuumizing. Material of solid
phase is captured on the face of filter disc to become filter
cakes. while discharging, core shaft driven by motor and
the filter component rotate synchronously ,and the filter
cakes on the face of the filter disc shall be thrown
off the disc face by centrifugal force and then be offtaken
though discharge outlet at the bottom of the plant. Filtering,
cleaning, drying can be achieved by means of Pre-coating
the filter cloth according to the processing requirements.

and purify that the ratio of solid phase is
lower.
