Working Principle: The
FW Type Horizontal Inverting Centrifuge consists of
external
shaft system axially and shaft system moving axially. The
two parts rotate synchronously with a filter element in
most cases a filter cloth-which is fixed to the external
shaft system at one end and fixed to the internal shaft
system at another end. The filter liquid is discharged
by means of centrifugal force and is collected and drained
off in the collector ring. While the machine is closed and
the drum is still rotating, the drum insert is moved axially
by hydraulic means resulting in the filter cloth being turned
inside out. The filter cake is then discharged by centrifugal
force. By inverting the filter cloth completely, and increasing
the rotational speed, the last traces of the product are
discharged resulting in a completely clean filter surface
available for the next working.
Applied
scope: Since
there is no mechanical stressing, e.g. due to scrapping,
pressing etc., this machine is provide with applied value
to the occasion that the shape and purity of the crystal
need to be preserved and the occasion of s-l separation
that the solid material possess thixotropy.
So it can completely take the place of three-feet centrifugal
separator.

Complete conservation
of particle/crystal is guaranteed since there is no
mechanical stressing, e. g. due to scrapping, pressings
etc.
Because the
filter cloth may be cleaned and regenerated in every
working cycle and there is no layer of remaining filter
cake to affect the next filtering, the resistance of
the filter cloth shall keep its initialization value
all the time. This
machine is provide with applied value to the occasion
of s-l separation that the solid material possess
thixotropy.
