Working principle:
Raw material is brought
into the plant continuously and quantitively from the inlet,
and then transported to the exit by middle-vacant paddle. during
the process of transportation, while being stirred, mixed
and dispersed, material is to be dried and evaporated effectively
due to a duplicate heating action both from middle-vacant
paddle and jacket. Conducting oil, steam and water etc all
can be used as heating carrier that will get into jacket
around the shell and the hollow shaft so as to enlarge the
heating area to unit volume and raise heating efficiency.
Both continuous and interval operation can be executed in
under normal atmosphere. Material with thermal sensitivity
can be dried under negative pressure, and the solvent can
be recovered to be evaporated by heating or to be crystallized
by cooling. The plant can be used as a pre-dryer in the course
of two-stage drying and also be used to execute operation
of crystallization and drying in the course of evaporation
and concentration.
Applied scope: It
is applied to material of organic and inorganic with high-molecule,
viscosity and non-viscosity in the field of chemical industry,
petrochemical
industry, pharmacy, wine-making industry, food industry.
Typical applied material include: Distillers grains, Cyaniding
Sodium, Mycelium and etc.
