Working principle:
Wet material delivered into bed
face with open slot from the inlet is in a condition of
throw or half-throw under the effect of exciting force, and
flows to the outlet at a uniform speed. Hot air blasted out
though open-slot at the bed face sufficiently contacts and
exchanges with flowing layer of material. At the same time
afterheat air and evaporating moisture are released from
exhaust hole at the upper shell. The end product after drying
is continuously taken out from outlet. The tail gas is exhausted
to the dust collector from top outlet.
Applied
scope: This
machine is applied to loose powder material with low wetness, wide
range of particle size and particle material for granulation.
Main merits:
As the material
being dried can be fluidized very well due to concerted
action of chemical vibration and hot air, it is especially
applied to the material with critical fluidized-speed,
wide range of particle size and the material which
taken-out speed is difficult to define. with low wetness,
and can save energy 10% to 30% contrasted with drying
equipment with single layer.
Residence
time of the material in the bed surface can be stpelessly
changed by means of adjusting the direction and amount
of the exciting force. The operation is easy to
hold, and the process is stable.
The operation
for drying, cooling and humidification can be carried
out according to the requirements of process. At the
same time the combination operating both for drying
and cooling can be carried out as well.
Especially applied to the drying occasion
that the particle shape after being dried and the
particle
crystal need to be protected.
