Working Principle: Hot
air gets into the dryer in the tangential direction to produce
high speed rotational rising air flow. Wet briquette material
conveyed to dryer from adder is continuously broken, dispersed, boiled
and dried. Material being dried up to standard is taken out
by air flow though the outlet at the upper part of the dryer.
Material of over-size or with high wetness is stop by the
fractional weir plate at the upper part of drying chamber
and is dried continuously in the drying chamber until it
is taken away by the air flow.
Applied scope:This
machine is widely applied to either slurry material with
viscosity or powder material without viscosity ,especially
to cake-like materials filtrated by plate and frame press.
Typical material applied include: White Carbon, Pottery Clay, Bromo-Amino
Acid. Dye, Pigment, Titanium Dioxide, powder and etc.

are taken into drying chamber, so it may save energy
more than 30% against spray dryer.
Stay time
of material in the drying chamber is shorter and may
be determined suitably according to the drying degree
of the material itself. So it is especially applied to
the drying of material with feature of thermal sensitivity.
Smaller volume
but heavier intensity of drying. Simple structure with
reliability. Easy to operate, convenient to maintenance.
