Working principle: A pair
of mating gear roller is used as the working part for overstocking
material. The type of working principle is continuous extruding
granulation of positive-displacement. The plant can
be adapted widely, and the end products possess higher intensity
and uniform length. The shape of particle is cylindrical. The
diameter of particle is generally from 2.0mm to 8.0mm.The rate
of end products is ¡Ý95%.

Merits:
As the material
is extruded by means of rolling of gears and positive-displacement
compressing, it possess a wider adaptability to varying
material, and is especially suited for granulation with
thixotropy.

Wetness required
for granulation and the particle granulated by this
plant is lower and the particle granulated by this plant
is more intensive than screw type granulator.
